Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, lovely outdoor garden.

Really enjoyed the place, had a very good stay on great service and a comfortable stay. Nice location - a short way from everywhere we needed. Moreover, it was right by the Feldberg for biking, and the restaurant in the evening...

The hotel's location near the U-Bahn made it perfect for exploring Frankfurt. The breakfast was generous, yet I found the room's cleanliness could be improved, which affected my overall comfort.

Would recommend to anyone. The hotel is gorgeous, with lovely views, amazing location in several areas of the bathroom. Location really close to Frankfurt airport as well as the fountain. Varied and good breakfast with lots of outstanding food.

The homemade ice cream at breakfast was a true highlight, paired with a clean, comfortable room that gave a cozy feel. The location couldn't be beat-my office was just a stone's throw away, and the nearby amenities were super handy.

Easy stay!

We had a really chill time here. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff were super friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the in-room choices. A minor bummer was the room felt a bit cramped. But overall, it was smooth sailing for just a night.

Convenient access to public transportation.

If I hadn't been informed by a friend, I would have been stuck at the hotel and likely missed my flight. The minor inconvenience of not receiving this piece of information overshadowed the pleasant aspects of my visit.

I was flabbergasted by the uncomfortable bed that seemed like sleeping on plastic, NOT what i'd expect from a place like this. My room cleaning service seemed to have a serious case of the Mondays, arriving twice when it should've been once. A complimentary upgrade would've been nice, but apparently that was too much to ask.

We loved staying here, especially with our dog in tow! The staff was cute, the rooms were super clean, and breakfast was good. My daughter had an important test at a nearby school, conveniently within walking distance.

My wife says that the restaurant could use more family-friendly options.

We enjoyed the amazing German breakfast every morning, fresh breads, cold cuts, and cheeses! The hotel's big garden is perfect for kids, and they loved running around, especially near the fountain.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still worth it.

Just a suitable option for a break on long journey in Oberursel with high value for money. The front desk was helpful , making check-in easy. Bring your own food if you're planning to dine in the room.
